Dena M. Castricone, CIPP/US, CIPM, is a privacy and healthcare attorney with over 20 years of legal experience. She is the Managing Member at DMC Law, LLC in Connecticut and an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac School of Law.
In previous roles, Dena served as the General Counsel and Chief of Privacy at one of the largest federally qualified health centers in the country and was a partner at Murtha Cullina LLP where she was the Chair of the Privacy and Cybersecurity group.
Dena advises healthcare organization on a broad range of regulatory compliance and risk management matters including compliance with various state and federal health privacy laws. She also leads a Behavioral Health Clinician Community group for the firm’s behavioral health provider clients.
