Service Policies | Shipping and Returns


Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel a scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.

Payment Policy: If a payment is missed or not received by the agreed due date, or if we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement immediately. Additionally, if any fees are incurred by the Company as a result of the missed or unprocessed payment, the client will be responsible for payment of such fees.

Booking Policy: In the event that a client needs to reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice via phone or email, along with the client's next available date(s). Any missed sessions that are not rescheduled within 7 days will be forfeited.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on any coaching or subscription packages. For products, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the item is defective. If the item is defective, the return must be made within 30 days for an exchange of a similar item.

Lost or Stolen Packages Disclaimer: Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. We will make every effort to ensure that your package is delivered safely and on time, but once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise. If you have any concerns about the security of your package, we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance or select a shipping method that includes additional security features.
