Tracey is a highly accomplished Human Resources Consultant with a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades, including executive-level roles. She possesses the coveted Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification, a testament to her expertise in the field. Additionally, Tracey holds dual certifications as an instructor and proctor for the U.S. National Restaurant Association's ServSafe program. In her multifaceted career, Tracey has also served as a former HIPAA Compliance officer, ensuring the strictest standards of patient data security in healthcare organizations. She further collaborated with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to identify instances of insurance fraud, significantly aiding financial recovery goals. Alongside her illustrious career, Tracey is the driving force behind two successful enterprises, Executive HR Consulting Services and CakeSpell Delightful Baking. Dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Tracey has previously served as the DEI Chair of Town & Governance and Law Enforcement. Her outstanding contributions to the community and education reform earned her special recognition from the Honorable Congressman Christopher Murphy. Currently, Tracey leverages her expertise as a Board Member and Governance Chair for Education Resources for Children, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping educational initiatives within the community. In her leisure time, Tracey channels her creativity into writing her own book and cherishes her role as a devoted mother to three children. With a wealth of certifications and a strong educational foundation, Tracey is a versatile and knowledgeable expert across various professional domains.
